and expanding the circle of resonant collaboration.
3. Try to decrease the price of our products all the time so that we can serve as many people as possible.
4. Listen to the requests of customers with wholehearted commitment,
and respond to them quickly and faithfully.
5. Make efforts to develop our original products by training and using our creativity.

We individuals are proud of being employees of Pilot Shoes.
We will devote ourselves to accomplishing the goals of our company, by being united as one.

in order to become an expert in shoemaking.

to accomplish their work without regrets and to fulfill their mission of life.
5. The company responds to the enthusiasm and work of individual employees,
with fair evaluation and appropriate payment.

Profit Reduction Method of Pilot Shoes

We regard that profit is the result of the work of all the people
Who have supported and guided Pilot Shoes.
It is also the result of the collective energy of the deepening
and growth of employees as a human beings.
Therefore
We think that the profit should be returned appropriately following the goals of Pilot Shoes,
and be used for the circulation of goodness of the entire society.
We therefore cherish the following four principles.

1. The profit is an outcome produced by the deepening and development as humans,
and by resonance collaboration, of individual employees.
Therefore it is returned to individual employees in a fair and appropriate way.
